1. Physical Books
If you receive a damaged or defective book, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [insert contact email] with your order number and a description (and photo, if applicable) of the issue.
Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability and your preference.
To be eligible for a return:

The book must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
2. Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, etc.)
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the files have been delivered.
